SB 330 -- Child Support Orders

Sponsor:  Caskey

Currently, court orders requiring the withholding of an obligated
parent's income and orders requiring a parent to provide health
insurance for a minor child must be sent to employers via
certified mail.  This bill allows notice of these orders to be
sent via regular mail.
